HOW TO ORDER

Before placing any orders, please ensure that you have read and understand the Terms & Conditions applied.

Pick your favourite item(s):

Step 1 :
Fill up the ORDER FORM at the bottom of this blog.

Step 2 :
After we have received your order, we will send you an invoice within 48 hours.

Step 3 :
After receiving the invoice, please bank in or transfer the payment to our bank account within 48 hours. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.

Step 4 :
To avoid fraud by some irresponsible people, please attach all the payment details such as ; which bank, reference number, time and amount of the money transferred after you have done. Fail to do so, your item(s) will not be posted.

Notice:
Once payment is made, items will be post to you within 7 working days, based on availability of the items.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. First come first serve basis.

2. Only serious buyer; no BACKOUTS or EXCHANGE after invoice have been sent to you. BACKOUT BUYER will be BLACKLISTED.

3. You can change your mind if you do not want to purchase the particular item, but please do send us an email to cancel the order. You will not be blacklisted then.

4. Buying is at your own risk.

5. Items are 100% in new and good condition.

6. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.

7. Colours in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products because of the monitor setting. Therefore we will state the actual colour of the products.

8. Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.

9. We will be using Poslaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM 7.00 for first 500g and RM 3.00 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM 10.00 for first 500g and RM 4.00 for next 250g.

10. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as Poslaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Poslaju office and you will have to collect it by yourself there.

11. Once payment is made, items will be post to you within 7 working days.

12. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
